How do I access digital content that comes with my physical and digital combo?

To access the digital content that comes with your physical and digital combo, please follow the below instructions for each publisher.

Please note, the access code required to unlock the digital component of your physical and digital combo is located on the inside of the textbooks hard cover. 

Cambridge Go 

    1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Cambridge, click/tap the tile labelled "Cambridge Go" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
      1. If you don't have an account with Cambridge then click/tap 'cancel' to go back to the publishers' homepage where you can follow their instructions to register an account using your school email address.
      2. If you do already have an account with Cambridge but don't remember your password, go to the Cambridge Go homepage and click/tap "forgot password" to have an instructional email delivered to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
    2. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Cambridge Go" tile.
    3. Enter your username and password when prompted. Your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
    4. Once you are logged in to your Cambridge account, click/tap the "Activate" button displayed near the top of the screen and input your access code from inside the textbook to unlock your digital content.
    5. For future access to your online interactive Cambridge eBook(s), click/tap the "Cambridge Go" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it will be viewable at any time.

Cambridge HotMaths – Essential Mathematics for the Australian Curriculum Second Edition

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Cambridge - HotMaths, click/tap the tile labelled "Cambridge - HotMaths" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
      1. If you do not already have an account with Cambridge HotMaths, click/tap 'cancel' and you will be redirected to the HotMaths homepage where you can click "join now" to create an account.
      2. After clicking "join now" you will be presented with 3 options, please select the top option labelled "Essential Mathematics - For the Australian Curriculum Second Edition", which will open a new page where you can input your personal details and your access code.
      3. As you have input the access code when registering your account, this ebook will have automatically been populated to your online Cambridge - HotMaths bookshelf.

 

Please Note: When registering for an account, this site initially requests your access code, which can be located inside your textbook. If you already have an account, please proceed to step 2. 

  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Cambridge - HotMaths" tile.

  5. To access your online interactive HotMaths eBook(s) from now on, click/tap the "Cambridge - HotMaths" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Jacaranda, click/tap the tile labelled "Cambridge - HotMaths" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you do not already have an account with Cambridge HotMaths, click/tap 'cancel' and you will be redirected to the HotMaths homepage where you can click "join now" to create an account.
  2. After clicking "join now" you will be presented with 3 options, please select the top option labelled "Cambridge Senior Mathematics - Australian Curriculum/VCE", which will open a new page where you can input your personal details and the access code from your textbook

 

Please Note: When registering for an account, this site initially requests your access code, which can be located in your activation email. If you already have an account, please proceed to step 2. 

  1. As you have input the access code when registering your account, this ebook will have automatically been populated to your online Cambridge - HotMaths bookshelf.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Cambridge - HotMaths" tile.
  2. Please enter your username and password into the dialogue box that appears, your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.

Cambridge HotMaths – Reactivation Card 

  1. For eBook reactivations from Cambridge HotMaths please click the tile labelled "Cambridge - HotMaths" located under the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you do not already have an account with Cambridge HotMaths, click/tap 'cancel' and you will be redirected to the HotMaths homepage where you can click/tap "Join Now" to create an account.
  2. After clicking "Join Now" you will be presented with 3 options, please select the option referring to the series of the product you are trying to reactivate. This will open a new page where, after selecting "Textbook Reactivation", you can input your personal details, the access code located in your activation email, as well as the access code from inside your second hand textbook.

 

Please note: When registering for an account, this site initially requests your access code, which can be located on the access card you received. If you already have an account, please proceed to step 2. 

  1. As you have input the access code when registering your account, this ebook will have automatically been populated to your online Cambridge - HotMaths bookshelf.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Cambridge - HotMaths" tile.
  2. Please enter your username and password into the dialogue box that appears, your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. If you purchased multiple eBooks from Cambridge - HotMaths, or if you already had an account, please locate and click/tap the settings 'cog' wheel near the top right of screen and then select "Account settings".
  4. On the page that opens, scroll down and on the right side of the page locate the "Add/Renew a product" dialogue box, select "Yes" for second-hand textbook registration and then input the access code from your activation email, aswell as the access code from inside your second-hand textbook. This will unlock the digital content of your purchased product.
  5. To access your online interactive HotMaths eBook(s) from now on, click/tap the "Cambridge - HotMaths" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it can be used at any time.

Jacaranda 

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Jacaranda, click/tap the tile labelled "Jacaranda" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you don't have an account with Jacaranda then click/tap 'cancel' to go back to the publishers' homepage where you can follow their instructions to register an account using your school email address.
  2. If you do already have an account with Jacaranda but don't remember your password, go to the JacPlus homepage and click/tap "forgot password" to have an instructional email delivered to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Jacaranda" tile.
  2. Enter your username and password when prompted. Your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. Once you are logged in to your JacPlus account, click/tap the "Add A New Title" button located near the top of the screen, and input the access code from inside the textbook to unlock your digital content.
  4. For future access to your online interactive Jacaranda eBook(s), click/tap the "Jacaranda" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it will be viewable at any time.

MacMillan 

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from MacMillan please click the tile labelled "One Stop Digital" located under the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you do not currently have an account with MacMillan, click/tap 'cancel' and you will be redirected to the MacMillan webpage where you can follow their instructions to register for an account using your school email address.

 

Please Note: When registering for an account, this site initially requests your access code, which can be located inside your textbook. 

  1. If you do have an account with MacMillan but don't remember your password, go to the MacMillan homepage and click/tap 'forgot password'. An instructional email will be sent to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
  2. As you have input the access code when registering your account, this ebook will have automatically been populated to your online MacMillan bookshelf.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "One Stop Digital" tile.
  2. Please enter your username and password into the dialogue box that appears, your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. If you purchased multiple eBooks from MacMillan, or if you already had an account, please locate and click/tap the "Redeem Token" button near the top of the page and enter your access code(s) in the popup box to unlock your purchased eBook(s).
  4. To access your online interactive MacMillan eBook(s) from now on, click/tap the "One Stop Digital" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it will be accessible at any time.

Nelson Cengage

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Cengage, click/tap the tile labelled "NelsonNet" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you don't have an account with Cengage then click/tap 'cancel' to go back to the publishers' homepage where you can follow their instructions to register an account using your school email address.
  2. If you do already have an account with Cengage but don't remember your password, go to the NelsonNet homepage and click/tap "forgot password" to have an instructional email delivered to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "NelsonNet" tile.
  2. Enter your username and password when prompted. Your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. Once you are logged in to your NelsonNet account, locate and click/tap the "Enter Access Code" option at the top of the page to open a new page where you can input the access code from your textbook. If you have multiple eBooks from Cengage, please repeat this step for each eBook.
  4. For future access to your online interactive Cengage eBook(s), click/tap the "NelsonNet" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it will be viewable at any time.

Oxford Digital 

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Oxford, click/tap the tile labelled "Oxford Digital" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you don't have an account with Oxford then click/tap 'cancel' to go back to the publishers' homepage where you can follow their instructions to register an account using your school email address.
  2. If you do already have an account with Oxford but don't remember your password, go to the Oxford homepage and click/tap "forgot password" to have an instructional email delivered to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Oxford Digital" tile.
  2. Enter your username and password when prompted. Your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. When you are logged in to your Oxford account, locate the "Add a product" button on your bookshelf and input your access code from inside the textbook to unlock your digital content
  4. For future access to your online interactive Oxford eBook(s), click/tap the "Oxford Digital" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

Pearson – “eBooks” 

  1. To unlock the digital content of your physical and digital combo from Pearson, click/tap the tile labelled "Pearson Places" in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your own publisher account details.
  1. If you don't have an account with Pearson then click/tap 'cancel' to go back to the Pearson homepage where you can follow their instructions to register an account using your school email address.
  2. If you do already have an account with Pearson but don't remember your password, go to the Pearson homepage and click/tap "forgot password" to have an instructional email delivered to your school email address with steps to reset your password.
  1. Once you have completed the publisher registration process and have your username and password, exit back to the homepage of the app and click/tap the "Pearson Places" tile.
  2. Enter your username and password when prompted. Your specific account details have now been saved inside the app.
  3. Once you are logged in to your Pearson Places account, locate the "Enter access code" dialogue displayed near the top of the screen and input your access code from inside the textbook to unlock your digital content.
  4. For future access to your online interactive Pearson eBook(s), click/tap the "Pearson Places" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

You will also have the offline copy (downloadable PDF version) available on your OfficeMax eBooks bookshelf in the "My Purchases" cloud. Click/tap the tile with the thumbnail image of this eBook to download. Once downloaded it will be viewable at any time.

Pearson – “LightBooks” 

  1. For "LightBooks" from Pearson please click the tile labelled "Pearson Places" located in the "My Interactive Logins" cloud. This will open a prompt box for you to input your publisher account details.
  2. Enter the username and password provided for this product in your activation email when prompted. Your account details will now be saved inside the app.

 

Due to the agreement between OfficeMax and Pearson your account has already been created using your school email address with the password from your activation email and all of your purchased Pearson content has been unlocked and loaded to your Pearson Places account. 

  1. Your online bookshelf will open displaying your purchased Pearson Lightbook(s).
  2. For future access to your online interactive Pearson content, click/tap the "Pearson Places" tile and your online bookshelf will open.

 

Please note: Your classroom teacher is required to add you to the class inside Pearson Places before this content becomes accessible.
