Any goods, which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the customer’s order, may be returned to Winc within a reasonable time after delivery, at no cost to the customer. Within 7 days of the delivery date, Winc must be notified of delivery errors including non-delivery, delivery of incorrect quantities or incorrect goods.

The customer will have the benefit of any applicable manufacturers’ warranties in respect of goods to the extent permissible and Winc will provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate a customer’s warranty claim. The benefits given by such warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the customer under the Australian Consumer Law.

For all warranty claims, the customer may contact the relevant supplier or Winc. If you choose to contact Winc, we will liaise with the manufacturer and arrange either an onsite inspection of the goods and we will arrange to collect and assess the goods at no cost to the customer. If a product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then Winc will facilitate repair or replacement of the product or offer a refund.

Winc’s goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  2. The returned Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

The customer is also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, the customer is entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done the customer is entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. The customer is also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
