What do I do if my order is missing items?

If a product is unavailable and cannot be substituted with a similar item, it will be placed on back order. Back ordered products will be delivered to you (at no extra cost) when the product becomes available.

Please be aware publisher stock release dates for textbooks can vary. On the small chance that a textbook does not arrive with your order, be assured we will send it as soon as the publisher makes it available.

Your invoice will indicate which items are on back order, so that you know which products you are waiting for.

Claims for missing products must be addressed with Winc no later than 7 days after you have received your order. Please note that missing items will be sent directly to you via Australia Post at no extra charge.
